Yoga

The Bhakti Tree brings Yoga to Mayfield, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, just when your energy levels are calling out for some TLC and attention.

Get into some deep breathing, stretching and relaxing to ease out the kinks from your body, letting the oxygen flow to rejuvenate your entire being.

We have experienced yogis, who bring their practice and energy to share and lead you over a 90 minutes session on both days.

Tuesdays are a foundation class, newcomer friendly and also benefitting the serious practitioner whereas Wednesdays are a more open class suiting people at all levels of practice.

Our yoga sessions are really unique and you won’t find this experience anywhere else in Newcastle. This is because we believe that a following a yoga session, one shouldn’t have to worry about what to cook or have for dinner, and get stressed out thereby losing the entire energy you got from your practice. We aim to energise and nourish you holistically.

That is why, following the yogic relaxation, we serve you a super healthy, fresh and yummy vegetarian meal made with Bhakti, i.e. love and devotion!

Vegan and gluten free options are also available.

$15 per person for Yoga session and Dinner afterwards. $2 to borrow our yoga mat or you can bring your own.

Advance booking essential if coming only to dinner at 7:40pm without yoga.
